Role-based access control, a multi-step project setup wizard, and a moments & reels curation system for video research teams — built at CreativeMinds Development.
The Challenge
The Challenge
Video research teams need to organize who can see and edit what, set up new projects consistently, and pull the key moments out of long recordings without digging through raw footage every time.

Approach
I broke this into the pieces that actually block a team from working: access control so the right people see the right projects, a setup wizard so a new project starts consistent instead of ad hoc, and a curation system so moments and reels can be pulled out and organized without leaving the platform.
Design
Design
Interfaces are translated pixel-for-pixel from Figma into responsive, production-ready UI, with the state complexity of role permissions and multi-step flows kept invisible to the person using them.
Engineering
Engineering
Built with React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS on TanStack Router/Query for data fetching and Zustand for client state. I also traced and fixed legacy WebSocket integration bugs and REST API/endpoint mismatches, working directly with backend engineers to find root causes across the stack rather than patching symptoms on the frontend.
